RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

At The Lumievo, we take great care in ensuring that our jewelry meets the highest standards of quality. 


Eligibility for Returns

  • As a small business, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage during transit. 

  • The request for a return must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order with the supporting unboxing video. Make sure the damage is clearly visible. Please see the process below.

  • Sale or Customized / Personalized Items (including Bespoke Gift Pouches) cannot be returned. 

Process for Returns of Damaged Items

  • Email us at thelumievo@gmail.com with your order details and the complete unboxing video (Google Drive link is fine if video is too big). The video should clearly show the tearing of the sealing sticker, as well as the damaged item. Make sure the damage is clearly visible.

  • Our team will review your request and confirm if the return is eligible.

  • Once approved, we will send you the return instructions. 

  • Kindly pack the product properly with its labels, packaging, and freebies. 

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund within 3 working days in form of a store credit (valid for 6 months from the date of credit) to your Lumievo account.

  • Please note - we will not be able to accept any returns without the original unboxing video that clearly shows the sealing sticker being torn.

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • As a small business, we do not accept exchanges. In case of you receiving a damaged product, please proceed to return the same as above.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for items that arrive damaged as per the above.

  • Refunds will be credited in form of a store credit (valid for 6 months from the date of credit) to your Lumievo account within 3 working days of satisfactory completion of inspection of returned product by the Lumievo team.

Eligibility for Cancellations

  • Since we are a small business, we do not accept any cancellations at this time.
